2011/12 HS training only program at Hyland M-TH 3:15-5:15. Any HS racers that want to continue their training are welcome to join us! Registration info available here soon.

Dryland will begin on Sept. 10, 2011. Meet at the Comp Center at 10:30am. We will workout until 12:00. Be sure to dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.
